PMS Connectivity

This is the most important way RezExchange distinguishes itself from other channel managers. From the PMS, rates can be managed for publication on the branded website, the GDS, various internet booking sites and even the call center. Since all connectivity at RezExchange is bi-directional, reservations created by the buy-side channels are sent back to the PMS database automatically.

The link between the PMS and RezExchange consists of a program installed near the PMS (whether that is at the property itself, at the hotel company’s head quarters or at a hosting center) which connects to a webservice that runs at RezExchange’s central installation. All that is needed is a PC running Windows XP, Windows Vista of Windows 7.

Using RezExchange’s API other Property Management Systems are invited to connect as well, thus taking advantage of RezExhange’s distribution capabilities.  Feel free to contact us to get a copy of the API.
