By making clever use of readily available software, RezExchange will host the software for you, relieving you of the need to purchase and maintain expensive hardware. You don’t need to purchase pricy licenses for operating systems or database management software either; RezExchange has taken care of all that. You don’t even purchase a license for our software.
All you need to do is make enough bandwidth available and work with us to configure the software to your specific needs. The training of your staff will take no longer than half a day and they are ready to go.

A decentralized Central Reservation office?

Although all reservations are taken centrally, in one single database, the staff taking these reservations do not necessary need to share an office. They could be your current reservations staff at various hotels, or staff scattered all over the country, even working from home. With all the information they need at their finger tips, there is no requirement from a software point of view, to have all staff concentrated at one location.

Guests indicate what their destination is and are looking to book at a specific hotel or at a property at or near a specific location. Using our Central Reservation Software, Property search was never easier.
Simply indicate the region or a distance to an airport or an attraction and the software will find the appropriate hotels and list their available rate.

The PMS interface provides various benefits:
• Single Image inventory: availability is kept in sync, you can keep rates open longer, without the risk of overbooking your property.

• RezExchange has no extranet, so there is nothing new to learn to make rates available for the CRS. You maintain the rates and rate rules in the PMS and they are uploaded to the CRS through the interface.

• The interface is two-way. This means reservations created by the CRS are entered into the PMS automatically. Besides times savings – the hotel staff doesn’t have to enter the reservations manually – there is also a lowered risk of input errors. Lastly, this also means your availability is always accurate as there is no back log of reservations that still need to be entered.

For Properties in the group that don’t have a PMS with which we can interface, we can deliver reservations by e-mail or fax. Availability can be entered manually one or more times per day.
